We invite you to refer your friends to us to receive home care services under the Home Care Package program.
We care about your independence
We are passionate about Australians living safely and independently within their own homes. So, if you know someone who has been assigned a Home Care Package, or is looking for a new provider, we’d love to help. As an extra thanks, your referred friend will also receive a $100 Gift Card.
You can refer as many friends as you like, and once they have reached 8 weeks of service with us, you’ll both receive a $100 Gift Card.
We have current availability of experienced and reliable support workers, and a team dedicated to ensuring every individual is treated with compassion, professionalism and care.

How it works
To refer your friend, simply pass along the enclosed flyer, or ask them to get in touch with us by calling 1300 300 770 or emailing intake@claro.elephantintheboardroom.net. They just need to mention this offer and your name when they get in touch.

This offer is only available to new Home Care Package clients who have been assigned a Home Care Package and have a referral code, or those with an existing Home Care Package, who are transferring from another provider.

Referral Incentive Program Policy
- Claro Aged Care & Disability Services (Claro) is a leading provider of Home Care Package services. This Referral Incentive Program is designed to support business goals and provide rewards for new and existing Home Care Package customers.
- This policy does not form a part of any customer contract.
- Claro reserves its rights to change the participation rules, review or amend these terms, or suspend or cease to operate a Referral Incentive Program at its sole discretion at any time without notice.
- References in these terms and conditions to customers are references to Claro Home Care Package customers.
- Claro Commonwealth Home Support Program customers are not included in this referral incentive program.
- This referral incentive program commences on 1 June 2023.
Participation rules
- Existing customers (the referrer) who refer a friend that is not a current Claro client who engages Claro as their Home Care Package provider are eligible to receive an incentive under this referral incentive program.
- The new customer (the referee) will also be eligible to receive an incentive under this referral incentive program.
- The new customer (the referee) will be required to have been granted an existing Home Care Package at the time of referral by the existing customer (the referrer).
- Consumers who are still in the process of applying, or being assessed, for a Home Care Package will not be eligible to be a referrer or a referee under this referral incentive program.
- Both the existing customer and the new customer should notify their respective contacts at Claro that they wish to participate in this referral incentive program.
- Existing customers can refer an unlimited number of new customers under this referral incentive program.
- The incentives will be issued to the referrer and the referee after the referee has received 8 consecutive weeks of services.
- If either the referrer or the referee cease to be a customer prior to the issue of the incentive, they will cease to be eligible.
- Both the referrer and the referee will receive a $100 Coles Gift Card.
- The incentive will be sent by mail to the nominated address of the customer.
